Meredith Roels

LMBT #5296

Meredith has been a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist since 2004. She was in a life altering, head-on collision while living in Colorado in 1997. Sustained many injuries including broken bones, burns and ruptured disks in her back. After two years of physical therapy, various alternative therapies, she met a Massage Therapist that helped heal her back pain, avoiding surgery and changed the direction of her life.

Seeing how life can completely change directions in one moment, made her learn to live in the present, not taking moments or people for forgranted. Meredith knew one of her purposes was to become a Massage Therapist. She thought if she could help one person the way a Massage Therapist helped her, it would be well worth it. Touch and manipulating soft tissue have immense healing power. Meredith’s mission is to educate people and help facilitate the body to heal itself.

She believes that every aspect of a person; mind, body, and spirit can benefit from receiving Massage Therapy. She truly feels blessed and honored to work with clients, helping them reduce pain, build strength, creating a plan guiding them to optimal health and wellness. Meredith feels being a Massage Therapist is a deeply rewarding career. Helping people has always been her passion.

Meredith began her yoga journey in 2011 trying to find relief for her should pain. Practicing yoga 3 times per week relieved her pain and brought her body back to balance. Meredith is a 200 E-RYT through Yoga Alliance. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training at Divine Yoga in Lewisville in 2016. Teaching yoga has become another avenue of helping people feel their best, while optimizing their health and wellness.
