Meredith Roels - Owner - Massage Therapist
Meredith’s mission is to educate people and help facilitate the body to heal itself. She believes that every aspect of a person; mind, body, and spirit can benefit from receiving Massage Therapy.
Raven Barrett - Massage Therapist
Raven has had a special understanding and passion for Bodywork ever since she was a little girl. Being a high level competitive gymnast has enlightened her of the body's true capabilities.
Tracy Girouard - Massage Therapist
Tracy began practicing Massage Therapy in 2003 after graduating from Heritage Institute in Fort Myers, FL. She went on to become nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
Jessica McDonald - Yoga Instructor
Jessica hopes to help others connect with themselves, inviting them to experience the physical, mental and spiritual transformations of yoga practice.
Michele Viola - Yoga Instructor
Michele fell in love with yoga’s ability to heal both the body and the mind, and now enjoys creating spaces for others to reap the benefits of practice as well.
