What is the average class size? Our classes are typically intimate, ranging from 3-8 students. Our max capacity is 18 students.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat or props? We encourage you to bring your own mat but we have extras should you need to borrow one. Our studio is well stocked with all the props you need but if you feel more comfortable bringing your own you may do so.

What should I wear? We suggest comfortable clothing that will allow your body to stretch and move easily. You may wear non-slippery socks or bare feet on the studio floor. We have cubbies available to place shoes, socks, jackets and other belongings.

Can I bring my child to class? Children between 9 and 17 years of age, when accompanied by an adult, may take any Yoga class. Reservations must be made. Parent or legal guardian must sign liability form.

I am recovering from and injury. Can I practice yoga? Yoga is an excellent way to regain strength and mobility after suffering an injury. It is extremely important, however, to receive clearance from your physician to resume exercise prior to practicing yoga. Please mention any relevant injuries or physical limitations to your instructor prior to class.

What should I do if I signed up for class but can’t make it? Classes may be canceled online up to 60 minutes before the scheduled start time. A full refund will be issued upon cancelation. Classes cannot be canceled or refunded less than 60 minutes prior to start time.

What should I do if I’m running late? Classes start promptly at scheduled start times. In order to insure a safe and relaxing space for all students we can not accept late arrivals. If you know you will be late prior to the 60 minute cancelation window, we kindly ask you to cancel or reschedule.

What happens if the class gets canceled? We strongly encourage you to opt in to the email list upon registration. This will ensure you are able to receive email correspondence about the class or workshop you are attending. In the event we should need to cancel or reschedule a class we will contact you via email to communicate any changes or refunds.
