Physical Therapy Wellness Sessions

 

A Physical Therapy Wellness session begins with a thorough examination from a licensed Physical Therapist to identify the root cause of chronic symptoms in an effort to prevent or reverse maladaptive habits. From there, sessions offer ongoing, skilled care, both preventive and restorative, to address the client's unique needs.

This may be right for you if you are experiencing:

  • Chronic neck, back, or joint pain

  • Core weakness or diastasis recti

  • Headaches or TMJ tension

  • Sciatic pain or nerve-related symptoms

  • Persistent tightness that hasn’t resolved with stretching alone

  • Postural imbalances from desk work or repetitive strain

  • Movement limitations affecting workouts or daily life

 

Dry Needling

 

Trigger Point Dry Needling is a skilled technique performed by a licensed Physical Therapist using thin, sterile needles inserted into tight or overactive muscle tissue. The goal is to reduce pain, restore proper movement patterns, and support faster recovery. Most people find very little discomfort during the treatment, commonly reporting a brief twitch or mild soreness afterward, which is a normal sign that the muscle is resetting and healing.

This may be right for you if you’re experiencing:

  • Persistent muscle tightness or recurrent pain that won’t resolve with stretching

  • Chronic neck, shoulder, or back pain

  • Tension headaches or jaw discomfort (TMJ)

  • Sciatic-type symptoms

Red Light Therapy

 

Our Red Light Therapy treatments use a medical-grade red light device to support cellular repair, reduce inflammation, and promote faster healing at a deeper level. This non-invasive therapy helps relieve muscle and joint pain, enhance circulation, improve skin health, and support overall recovery and vitality. Red Light Therapy can be booked as a stand-alone service or added on to any massage to enhance results and support the body’s natural healing process.

Contraindications—may not be recommended for individuals with:

  • Pregnancy (avoid direct treatment over the abdomen)

  • Active cancer or known malignancy (unless cleared by a physician)

  • Photosensitivity disorders or conditions causing light sensitivity

  • Use of photosensitizing medications (e.g., certain antibiotics, acne medications)

  • Active skin infections, rashes, or open wounds in the treatment area

  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders triggered by light

Breathwork Intensives

 

Breathwork Intensives begin with a thorough evaluation to assess your unique breathing patterns and identify areas of restriction. From there, a skilled practitioner guides you through targeted breathing techniques designed to improve respiratory function, regulate the nervous system, and gently release stored physical and emotional tension. Each session is personalized to support both immediate relief and long-term resilience.
