Jessica McDonald

Jessica is a movement specialist, yoga instructor, and wellness educator, teaching in both private and group settings across the community. She began practicing and studying the art of yoga in 2006 and obtained her formal training as a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2022.
Jessica has expanded her expertise beyond yoga into the study of Somatics, mobility, and nervous system regulation.
Her approach goes beyond mechanics, helping people use movement as a tool for healing. She deeply understands the mind—body connection, using movement as a means to help people release physical and emotional tension, regulate their energy, and reconnect with their natural alignment.
Jessica believes that when the body feels strong, supported, and at ease, it creates the foundation for living in alignment with one’s deepest values and purpose.
In addition to teaching classes and 1:1 sessions, she leads workshops that weave together science, mindfulness, and embodiment practices, offering a holistic path to resilience and vitality.
