How to Use Your LWC Membership

Your membership makes it easy to prioritize your wellness, with monthly credits for eligible services, savings on additional treatments, and discounts on merchandise. Follow the steps below to get started, book your appointments, and manage your membership.

How to Sign Up & Create Your Account

Getting started is easy! Follow these steps to activate your membership and ensure easy access to your codes.

1. Purchase your membership

Visit our Memberships page and select the membership that best fits your needs.

2. Create your Acuity account *Don’t Skip This Step*

After purchasing your membership, don’t forget to create an account through our scheduling system. This ensures easy access to your membership codes when booking an appointment.

To do so, visit any booking page → [Like This], click Sign Up in the upper right corner of the teal scheduling block, use the same email address connected to your membership, and create your password. Once logged in, you can click on your account ID in the upper-right corner of the teal scheduling block to see your upcoming appointments and manage your codes.

3. Look out for your Welcome Email containing Membership Perk codes

Shortly after signing up you should receive a welcome email containing your perk codes that you can use to receive $20 off additional treatments and 10% off merchandise. Be sure to save this email or write down your codes so you don't miss out on these extra perks!

How to Book & Redeem Your Membership Code

Ready to book your next appointment? Here's how to apply your membership credit at checkout.

1. Log in to your Acuity account

From any provider’s scheduling page, click Log In in the top-right corner of the teal scheduling block. Enter your email address and password.

2. Choose your appointment

Select your desired appointment type and time. Enter your contact information and make any necessary updates to your intake form, then click Continue to Payment at the bottom of the scheduling block.

3. Apply your membership code.

On the checkout screen, select Package, Gift, or Coupon Code, then click View Redeemable Codes. Choose the membership code you'd like to use for your appointment and click Apply.

How do I view my available membership credits & codes?

From any scheduling page, Log In to your account through the log-in link located in the top-right corner of the teal scheduling block. Once logged in, you can click on your account ID in the upper-right corner of the teal scheduling block. Select Manage Codes to see your redeemable credits and access codes.

How do I view my scheduled appointments?

From any scheduling page, Log In to your account through the log-in link located in the top-right corner of the teal scheduling block. Once logged in, you can click on your account ID in the upper-right corner of the teal scheduling block. Click Appointments to see your upcoming and past appointments.

How do I access my membership perk codes for $20 off additional services and 10% off merch?

How do I update my membership payment method?

Your recurring membership payment information is managed separately from your regular Acuity account. To update the card used for your membership payment, use the subscription management link in your monthly renewal reminder email. You can also contact the LWC team to update your payment method at any time.

Can I save my card for future appointments?

The card you use to tip or book additional appointments is separate from the card used for recurring membership payments. To save a card for future appointments, be sure to select the Save This Card box during checkout.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership through the subscription management link included in your monthly renewal reminder email. You can also contact the LWC team to cancel your membership at any time.
