Follow Your Gut - 1:1 Nutrition Support

One-on-one nutrition support is ideal for anyone who wants to feel better in their body, improve their relationship with food, and create healthy habits that last. We begin with a thorough 90-minute consultation to explore your health history, lifestyle, challenges, and goals so we can create a personalized plan that works for you. Follow-up sessions are 60-minutes and provide ongoing support, accountability, and practical strategies to help you navigate challenges, celebrate progress, and stay on track.

Making lifestyle changes can feel overwhelming, even isolating. Support is the foundation you need to be successful! In this group, we gather to share challenges, wins, and evidence-based tools to manage stress and stay on track with your unique goals. We'll lift each other up, cheer each other on, and remind one another that we are not alone on this crazy journey called life!
