An Individual Breathwork Session is a focused, one-on-one session designed to support emotional processing, stress relief, clarity, and physical relaxation. It’s a powerful yet gentle way to reset your system and restore balance from the inside out.
What to Expect in a 90-Minute Session
Your session begins by setting intentions and discussing what you hope to work through during your time. From there, a thorough breathing evaluation helps bring awareness to the breath and identify patterns of restriction. We then transition into guided exercises and breathwork techniques to release restrictions, deepen the breath, and gently process whatever arises. The session closes with time for grounding and integration, so you leave feeling supported and centered.
